One system. More of the patient journey.

Most technology is built for one moment in care. Winback combines TECAR, Hi-EMS and Hi-TENS in a platform that stays in the plan as your patient moves from pain to mobility, strength and performance.

The patient changes. Winback stays in the plan.

Most technology is built for one moment in care. Winback combines TECAR, Hi-EMS and Hi-TENS in a platform that stays in the plan as your patient moves from pain to mobility, strength and performance.

Calm the pain.

The first visit is usually about comfort. Work the painful area with TECAR and add Hi-TENS for pain, hands-on or hands-free.

Pain

Restore range of motion.

Once pain settles, the goal is range. Deeper resistive work on tendon, fascia and joint capsule, combined with the manual therapy you already do.

Mobility

Rebuild the basics.

Muscle that switched off has to come back. Hi-EMS activates it during treatment so the patient’s exercises build on activated muscle.

Rehab

Build strength under load.

Rehab has to progress to load. Run Hi-EMS while the patient squats, lunges or presses, so activation happens inside real movement.

What is Winback?

Winback is a multimodality system built around your patient’s needs. It includes TECAR, Hi-EMS and Hi-TENS in one device.

TECAR stands for Transfer of Energy Capacitive and Resistive: high-frequency energy that works inside the tissue rather than on top of it, delivered through your hands, a handpiece or adhesive electrodes. Hi-EMS activates muscle. Hi-TENS manages pain.

Built for the way you practice.

Rehab

Stay with the patient from the first painful visit through return to function.

Sports

Recovery between sessions, return to play, and performance work in the same device.

Women's Health

Guided pelvic and postpartum programs your team can deliver with confidence.

Wellness & Aesthetics

Care that keeps going after the pain is gone, with cash-pay programs patients ask for.

Animal Health

Equine and small animal practice, battery-powered for the barn and the clinic.

Choose the Winback system that fits how you practice.

BACK4 is the flagship: two channels and the full Care+ protocol library. BACK3TX is the portable Winback, built to travel with you. Both ship with guided protocols on board.

Four ways to work.

Choose the setup that fits the patient, the treatment goal and the way you practice. Most clinicians use two or three in the same session.

Targeted

Handpieces

Two active electrodes work the tissue while the current returns through a plate under the limb. Precise, hands-on, and you feel the tissue change as you move.

Bracelets

Manual therapy

The current runs through the clinician’s own hands into the patient and back to the return plate. Your manual technique becomes the electrode.

Hands-free

Electrodes and straps

Adhesive electrodes hold position, the current crosses the joint between them, and Hi-EMS pulses the muscle while your hands are somewhere else.

Active

During movement

Electrodes stay on while the patient squats, lunges or presses, so activation happens inside the movement you are trying to build.

Questions we hear first.

What is TECAR therapy?

TECAR stands for Transfer of Energy Capacitive and Resistive. A high-frequency current passes through the body, so the energy works inside the tissue and patients feel gentle warmth. Every Winback device also includes Hi-EMS to activate muscle and Hi-TENS to manage pain.

This is the question we hear most. Every device includes personalized onboarding, and the guided protocols on board mean a newer clinician can deliver a structured session on day one while they build hands-on technique. Live webinars and courses continue for as long as you own it.

Those technologies do a specific job well. Winback is built to stay useful as the patient’s goals change, and it works through your hands, hands-free or during exercise. There’s a full breakdown on the technology comparison page.

Most treatments run 10 to 20 minutes. Guided protocols run 20 to 30 minutes and can be delivered hands-free while you work with another patient.

Personalized onboarding, ongoing access to the training team, live webinars and courses, plus activation support such as open houses and marketing materials to launch it with your patients. That’s the Winback Ecosystem.
