Join us in Stamford for the first-ever Winback US Academy Summit, a two-day Train-the-Trainer experience for Winback Academy Ambassadors.

This is a working summit focused on aligning training standards, strengthening clinical application, and building a consistent approach to onboarding and Care+ utilization across the US. Expect a mix of hands-on sessions, practical workshops, and real discussion, with clear priorities and next steps coming out of Day 2.

What to Expect

Over two full days, you’ll sharpen how you teach, how you apply Winback in the clinic, and how we show up as a consistent trainer community across the US.

During the Summit, you will:

  • Align on what “great training” looks like at Winback (and how we deliver it)
  • Share what’s working in the US market—wins, gaps, and what trainers need most
  • Build a repeatable onboarding + competency approach you can use with clinics
  • Get a practical Care+ playbook for US utilization and trainer-led adoption
  • Go hands-on with sports performance applications (RF + HiEMS) you can teach confidently
  • Pressure-test new ideas and give direct feedback on upcoming innovation concepts
  • Dive into clinical best practices, including women’s health applications
  • Leave with clear priorities, next steps, and a tighter trainer network

Day 1 – Thursday, March 12

  • US clinician roundtable (9:00–10:00)
  • Skills + onboarding workshop (10:15–12:15)
  • Lunch (12:15–1:15)
  • Care+ in the clinic (US focus) (1:15–2:00)
  • Sports performance applications (2:00–3:30)
  • Innovation feedback session (3:45–5:15)
  • Group dinner (7:00)

Day 2 – Friday, March 13

Full Day (9:00 AM – 5:00 PM)

  • Coffee + welcome (8:00–8:30)
  • Clinical best practices (evidence + women’s health) (8:30–11:00)
  • Clinical ideas lab (11:15–12:15)
  • Lunch (12:15–1:15)
  • Care+ workflow training (1:15–2:45)
  • US priorities + action plan (3:00–4:30)
  • Closing remarks (4:30)
